We are currently hiring for a Sales Manager for our Whiteville, NC location.
We are an independent franchisee of Aaron's, and we operate stores in Eastern NC. We offer a fast paced, fun environment where no two days are ever the same. Compensation will be based on experience, will be between $10 and $12 per hour plus bonuses and commissions, which can be over $1,000 per month. The work week is 45 hours, with a rotating day off, thus there will be 5 hours of overtime available to you each week. We are closed on Sundays and all major holidays. Primary Responsibilities

General Summary:
The Pharmacist accurately reviews and interprets medication orders; prepares accurate and complete patient profiles; reviews profiles for correct drug, dosage and route of administration; ensures that no adverse drug duplication or drug-drug interaction exists; ensures that patient allergies are reviewed with respect to any medications prescribed. Patient Population:

Essential Functions:
1. Demonstrates proper performance of skills reflected and validated by the Pharmacist competency checklist.
2. Interprets, clarifies and transcribes all medication orders accurately and timely. Monitors medication orders and reviews patient profile to ensure appropriate drug selection and dosage (no drug duplication, interactions or allergies). Prepares and labels all drugs accurately and timely.
3. Provides accurate, adequate and timely drug information to the professional staff and to patients and their families.
4. Supports the formulary development process by consulting with medical staff and promoting rational drug therapy selection
5. Follows established procedures for drug procurement, storage and distribution, including maintenance of controlled substance records as required by appropriate legislative/regulatory authorities

DriveTime Sales Associates act as ambassadors to our customers, listening to their needs, solving problems, and making sure everyone has a great experience.
Sales here is not about standing on a car lot. There are so many ways to build great commissions! A DriveTime Sales Associate's networking skills are key to success. You will spend quite a bit of your week on the phone collaborating with sales leads. You can also get out into the community establishing relationships, referrals and being creative.
