We are currently hiring for a Sales Manager for our Whiteville, NC location.
We are an independent franchisee of Aaron's, and we operate stores in Eastern NC. We offer a fast paced, fun environment where no two days are ever the same. Compensation will be based on experience, will be between $10 and $12 per hour plus bonuses and commissions, which can be over $1,000 per month. General Summary:
The Pharmacist accurately reviews and interprets medication orders; prepares accurate and complete patient profiles; reviews profiles for correct drug, dosage and route of administration; ensures that no adverse drug duplication or drug-drug interaction exists; ensures that patient allergies are reviewed with respect to any medications prescribed. Patient Population:

Essential Functions:
1. Demonstrates proper performance of skills reflected and validated by the Pharmacist competency checklist.
2. Interprets, clarifies and transcribes all medication orders accurately and timely. Monitors medication orders and reviews patient profile to ensure appropriate drug selection and dosage (no drug duplication, interactions or allergies). Prepares and labels all drugs accurately and timely.
3. Provides accurate, adequate and timely drug information to the professional staff and to patients and their families.
4. Supports the formulary development process by consulting with medical staff and promoting rational drug therapy selection
5. Follows established procedures for drug procurement, storage and distribution, including maintenance of controlled substance records as required by appropriate legislative/regulatory authorities

The role requires expertise in IT risk measurement and management practices. Knowledge in broader operational risk management issues including fraud, payment and settlement systems, accounting and financial controls, internal audit, mergers and acquisitions, supplier management, change management, and Basel II Advanced Measurement Approach standards are also important for this position.
Responsibilities will also include the execution of continuous monitoring programs, target inspection activity, and related industry surveillance as well as acquiring a peer perspective, being involved in related policy and guidance discussions. In support of monitoring the financial stability of the firm, this individual may perform regular in-house analysis of institutional Operational/IT risk profiles, encompassing production of ad-hoc written research, regular risk reports, and periodic presentations to Reserve Bank colleagues. An important requirement of this position is effectiveness in initiating and maintaining communication and information flow with supervised institutions and other regulators. SUMMARY
Manages facilities for client by performing the following duties personally or through Property Managers:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
Assist Account Director in the portfolio’s Property Management Operation
Lead team of Property Managers, Assistant Property Manager(s), and Administrative Assistant(s) by conducting regular meetings to review service expectations, brainstorm, and problem-solve, etc.
Establish/maintain standardization and consistency with Property Management practices
Document cost savings within account
Ensure minority participation compliance
Coordinate Property Management reporting
Specific project/tasks as requested by Carolinas HealthCare System and directed by Account Director
Input and direction regarding issues as requested by Property Managers
Overall objective of improving relationship with Carolinas HealthCare System
Monthly accounting updates and issues
Ensure that LH and Carolinas HealthCare System Policies and Procedures are being followed
CIP tracking and reporting monthly
Monitor Major Vendor Relationship
Monthly scheduled inspection of facilities
Conduct regular meetings with Practice Managers
Oversee preparation of annual budgets
Monthly reporting of property management issues to Account Director
Landlord Relationship Management
Oversees all activities which could impact the uptime operational posture of the facilities
Handle other duties as assigned

Mentor Technical Project Managers in best practice project management methodologies. Present periodic Dashboard reports on the current program(s), future opportunities, and business issues. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:
Responsible for planning, coordinating, administering, and maintaining the Novell and NT network, as well as supporting office telephone requests. Duties will include the following: system administration; day-to-day customer support; set-up and maintenance of Novell Servers; set-up and maintenance of PC desktops and laptops; general troubleshooting of all networked devices; set-up and maintenance of the firewall; conducting firewall audits; investigating access methods to highly sensitive data and conducting audits of the same; support division security policy for all aspects of system access; develop and follow data back-up and recovery policies; set-up and maintenance of corporate email systems; installation and support of hardware and operating system software for various telephone systems and voicemail; interface with local phone company and long distance providers to resolve problems with T1 and analog circuits; provide accurate and updated information to documentation of supported products; and perform other duties as assigned.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience with a networked interactive environment in user support or customer support.
Education: Requires a B.A./B.S. in a quantitative field, preferably in Computer Science or related field and/or appropriate combination of education and experience; Certified Novell Engineer accreditation, desirable.
Skills: Knowledge of data protocols and networking theory, two or more PC operating systems, and Novell and/or Windows NT server and Domain concepts.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Good written and oral communication skills required.
Autonomy: Manage problems of moderate scope/exercise judgment.
