Coordinate major projects as well as company and client initiatives within the account; provide senior management oversight, training, and coordination of the general duties of the property managers; budget oversight and coordination; lease administration oversight; reporting coordination and oversight; resolves critical impact tenant relations issues; ensures consistency across the portfolio; point of contact for reporting and communications
