Duties: The project is a customer satisfaction survey for Maryland’s Public Mental Health Services (PMHS). These surveys are conducted annually to determine customer satisfaction with services received form Maryland PMHS. The team will consist of five (5) survey interviewers and two (2) mental health professionals to assist those interviewers.
The primary duties of the Medical Services Coordinator are:
· Coordinate and oversee the activities of the personnel associated with interviewing survey participants
· May be asked to interfaces with the survey participants by interviewing or assisting with interviewers when they have questions
· To supervise interviewers activities. To keep the interviewers on task making calls.
· To ensure adherence to privacy concerns for the participants and provide quality monitoring for survey results and customer services
· To assist interviewers when there is a caller that may experiencing a mental health episode and take over the call to assist the participant with proper clinical procedures
· Other duties as assigned
