Job Responsibilities: Drive continual improvement of the delivery of services from all teams; ensuring a cohesive, high quality service is seen by the client Understand the business of employee services or participant services in the context of HR, Payroll or Benefits outsourcing Develop, mentor and manage a small team of call center professionals Partner with managers outside their direct influence and produce results in a matrixed organization Lead strategic discussions focused on call center growth and best practices Project Management skills are needed for planning and coordinating customer business events across all areas of service Qualifications: Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to customers and influence results from service partners Demonstrated ability to partner with other functional areas/organizations to deliver a seamless experience for the customer
