Reporting to the Ecommerce Strategy and Integration Director, this individual will be responsible for the definition and delivery of strategic Ecommerce initiatives spanning multiple channels including online, call center, and other direct to consumer and business to business. Toolkit must contain collaborative skills, strategic insight, and planning / delivery of large Ecommerce initiatives.The position interfaces with numerous internal constituents as well as external vendors and is charged with leading staff and projects against aggressive schedules.
This individual should be a leader with a minimum of 7 years of progressive responsibility in the online retail sales/service or financial services space.Strategic direction setting, large project oversight and effective execution are must have skills. A bachelor's degree and excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills are required.

Principle Accountabilities:

Overall accountability for planning and execution of Ecommerce initiatives from conception through delivery

Works closely with project managers and technology partners to drive the project integration roadmap

Oversee project and requirements definition, implementation and measurement

Lead cross-functional, multidisciplinary teams consisting of internal and external resources to achieve stated goals for internet-based, multi-channel projects

Develop business cases to facilitate expansion of the Ecommerce business

Manage direct reports to ensure timely delivery of Ecommerce initiatives

Special projects and miscellaneous duties as assigned
