Furniture repair business is seeking contractors for pickup and delivery of furniture from our customers. You will be your own boss, working as a contractor. Growing division of a diversified, medium sized corporation is searching for a Plant Manager for their class I – III medical device facility. We are searching for a hands on Plant Manager with solid leadership skills and technical experience in production CNC machining, swiss CNC lathes, and CNC mills. Candidates will need 5 years plus of plant management / operations experience in a close tolerance machining environment. Experience reviewing and optimizing production schedules, work flow, associate utilization, machine capacity and establishing priorities is a must. Past experience in a medical device contract manufacturer or medical device OEM is a huge plus. This position is a key part of the core management team and very involved in guiding the direction of this successful division. This long time division produces medical instruments, implants and orthopedic medical devices. Hands on candidates with experience supporting the shop floor is required. The ideal candidate will have a BSME, technical machining and moved into a management position gaining experience in plant operations.

Are you looking for a new opportunity to showcase you tax skills? Our client, a well-known manufacturer, has an opening for a Payroll Tax Specialist in their Charlotte area headquarters. We are looking for a degreed professional who is able to work with minimal guidance to complete the following responsibilities in their payroll group on a daily basis
Provide support by responding accurately and in a timely manner to all payroll inquiries and requests according to standard procedures
Process multiple payrolls for a large volume of employees including levies and garnishments
Prepare accounting transactions and documents related to payroll entries
Process off-cycle checks
Assist with preparation of payroll reports for senior management
Perform other payroll maintenance tasks including, filing, collating and data processing
Manage the processing of local, state and federal payroll tax filings and returns
Assist accounting in reconciliation of General Ledger accounts
Ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations as well as standard corporate operating procedures
Interact with senior management and taxing authorities
Other special projects as assigned
To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 3 years payroll payroll tax experience in a high volume environment and solid knowledge of multi-state tax filing requirements. SAP experience and a Bachelor's degree is highly preferred. In addition, you must be energetic; accept and learn new tasks easily; be able to work on multiple tasks simultaneously; work well within a team environment and have a positive attitude.

Education and Training: Credentialed status as a Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA), Registered Health Information Technologist (RHIT), or Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) is required.
Non-credentialed applicants with coding/medical record experience will not be considered.
Knowledge of computerized encoding, grouping and abstracting systems is preferred.
Essential Functions: The employee is responsible for coding clinical data according to the conventions and rules associated with the International Coding Classification of Diseases and Operations, 9th Edition, the Current Procedural Terminology and coding guidelines as set forth by the Health Care Financing Administration (HCFA).
Utilizes the 3-M automated encoder/group system to accurately code and sequence diagnoses and procedures for maximum reimbursement.
Abstracts information from the medical record in accordance with abstracting guidelines as defined by Meditech, the medical center, HCFA, state and federal databases.
Coordinates HRMC's Tumor Registry as required by the NC General Statues 130A-209 and 210 which includes development of casefinding procedures, quality control, quarterly reporting and data requests.
Other duties as assigned by the Director.
